Christmas in Charleston

Our Michigan family members came to Charleston on December 22 and we celebrated Christmas at Jim and Sas' house. Christmas morning we opened presents and in the afternoon we had a delicious dinner.


This first picture is of Julia with one of her favorite toys, a kitty. Her other favorite was a video of the Wiggles which Grandpa got to see it quite often. She stayed overnight in the motorhome with us a number of times and the first thing she would do is point at the TV and the remotes and it was Wiggles time.


The grandkids had their meal outside on the patio as it was a balmy 72 degrees. Sarah is in the chair on the right, not quite in the festive mood yet. Clockwise from Sarah is Josh, Iain, Jessie, Kate, Rachel and Lauren. Julia had eaten inside the house and was napping


The adults had their meal indoors at the beautifully decorated dining room table.
